The more the MORE! The social power Brandcil gives you is only unlocked when you add social profiles or channels to your Brandcil account. The more you add, the more powerful your ability to reach your audience.
What’s a Profile? We refer to your individual social media accounts as Profiles. You may want to connect two Instagram accounts, a Facebook account, and a LinkedIn account to Brandcil - or even more! That’s a total of 4 profiles. But you can mix and match them in any way your tier of service allows.
How to Add a Social Profile
Let’s get your social profiles connected! Before you can post anything to your social media accounts, you must have your account connected through Brandcil.

Log into your Brandcil application

Select Brands & Profiles from the left navigation menu

Click the
button next to the Social Media label, under a particular Brand (inside the Brand’s card)- LinkedIn Business Page
- YouTube
- TikTok
- Note: Threads, Bluesky and X/Twitter will be available soon
- Follow the Social Media platform-specific instructions on the pop-up screen to enter credentials for that particular Social Media platform
- A green message saying “Account Added Successfully” will be displayed at bottom right of the page
- You can see the added Social Media Account showing inside the Brand’s card
To add more Social Media Profiles, just click the “+” button next to the Social Media icon again, even when the label shows an added Social Media Account name already.
Notes
- Instagram is part of Meta Platform, therefore Instagram will use Facebook credentials for linked Instagram profile(s)
- Social Media Accounts are displayed according to the alphabetical order of the Social Media Platform names, not the added user’s Social Media Account names.
- You can also use the “Add a social profile” button inside the My Profile popup menu:
