Forgot Password

Forgot your password? It happens to the best of us - at least you didn’t write it on a Post-it under your keyboard. (We hope!)

Instructions to recover a lost/forgotten password 

  1. Visit your Brandcil application login screen (your-organization-name.brandcil.com) 

  2. Click Forgot Password? 

  3. Enter the Email ID used to set your account up 

  4. Click the Get Email button; you will see a “Reset password email sent” green message box at the bottom

  5. In a few moments you’ll receive an email titled, “Forgot Password Email”, from “notifications@brandcilmail.com”

    • Remember to check your "Junk" mail box, too

  6. Open the email and click the link 

  7. Enter your NEW password in the New Password field 

  8. Re-enter your password in the Confirm New Password field 

  9. Click Submit to sign in with your new password 

Hooray! You’re ready to join in on the action again! 

 

Password Rules

  • Must be 8 to 15 digits long
  • Include at least one numeric digit, one lower case letter and one upper case letter
