What is it used for?

This name is used to create your instance of the Brandcil platform. It is part of a unique URL that identifies your account and can only be accessed via secure Multifactor Authentication.

It looks something like this in your address bar: https://organization-name.brandcil.com/

 

When do I need it?

You may need your organization name to sign in to the Brandcil platform, or to access your instance of Brandcil directly via URL as mentioned above.
