How to AI Optimal Time Suggestion
While in Compose screen:

Select a date and a time for your post.
- Click the black AI Suggestion button
- A list of optimal time suggestions will be displayed
- Click the desired checkbox to select an optimal time
- Click the black Save button to save your selection to the Compose screen
