Compose

Let’s keep it simple! Sometimes you just need to fire off a single post to a single channel. The Simple Post option is perfect for posts without the hassle of all the other options of advanced posting features.

 

Compose

Compose allows a user create and schedule/publish social media post(s). Once user opens the Compose page, he/she can schedule a post with the following options:

  • Post Now
  • Post at a specific Date and Time in future
  • Repeat Daily or Weekly or just Once
  • Save As Draft

1. Enter a Title on top of screen that says “Add a title for your post”

2. Notification: Check this box if you want a notification to be sent to your email or mobile phone.

3. Post Now: toggle between “Post Now” or post at a specific date/time. Unchecking this check box will allow user to select date and time

4. Select Date & Time

  • Click on current date to select a Date from the popup calendar
  • Click on current time to specify a Time from the popup time picker

5. Frequency: Select from the following options:

  • Once
  • Daily
  • Weekly

6. Time Zone: Select a time zone from the drop-down menu.

7. Post to channels: Select Social Media Channel(s) for the post. User can select multiple channels. Channels are grouped under Brands

8. AI Suggestion (Optimal Time): Use our AI Assistance to suggest the optimal posting times, based on the Social Media Channels selected. Visit AI Optimal Time Suggestion page for additional instructions.

9. Link: Optional. User can add an URL to the post.

10. Text: Enter text for the post. User can click on the happy face icon to see an emoji selection popup.

  • User can also drag the right bottom arrow at bottom right of the text box, to resize the text box for entering more text

11. Post Type: Select a Post Type from the drop-down list 

12. AI Text Suggestions: Use AI Content Assistance to generate content and ideas for your post. Visit AI Text Suggestions page for additional instructions.

13. Hashtag Suggestions: Use AI Hashtag Suggestions to generate a list of hashtags for your post. Visit AI Hashtag Suggestions page for additional instructions. 

14. Media Files: User can upload media files from:

  • a local device
  • download from a supported cloud storage
  • select media files already added from File Manager
  • our AI Image Generation feature

Generate Image: Use our AI Image Generation feature to create powerful images for your post! Visit AI Image Generation page for additional instructions. 

15. Preview: User can preview the social media post(s) on the Preview pane on the right-hand side. A preview will be displayed for each social media channel selected.

16. User can select “Save As Draft” or “Publish” buttons on top right-hand corner to complete the Compose.

17. After completion,

  • A green message “Post Created Successfully” at bottom right of the Compose page
  • The Calendar view is displayed on the screen. User can see the scheduled or published post on the Calendar.

Pro Tips

  • AI Text Suggestions: use the “Select a tone” option to enhance your AI suggested text for your post content
  • “Save As Draft” and “Publish” buttons on top right will not be active, if the user has not entered a Title at the top.

Your content will be published to the selected channels instantly unless you chose to schedule it for a future date and time.
