Dashboard
Welcome to your Brandcil Dashboard! This is where you can get all the important details at a glance.
When a user logs in, the Dashboard page will be displayed. It is designed to display:
- A snapshot of Brand Health (of Social Media Profiles of a specific Brand)
- An overview of Recent Posts’ performance
First-Time Login - Blank Dashboard
For the first-time login, the right-hand side is blank, because the user has not set up the Brands, and associated Social Media Profiles yet.
Dashboard Overview
After adding Brand(s) and associated Social Media Profiles, Dashboard page will show Brand Health and Recent Posts’ overview. The Brand and Social Media Profile performance data displayed will be based on:
- The Brand dropdown selector on top header
- The Channel icons selected on top header (for Social Media Profiles added to the selected Brand)
- The Date dropdown filter on top right of Brand Health pane
- Last 7 Days
- Last 1 month
- Last 2 months
- Last 3 months
Brand Health
Brand Health provides an overview of Social Media metrics, based on the date range selected on the Date dropdown filter:
- Total Followers
- New Followers
- Likes
- Reach
- Engagements
- etc.
- Note: Metrics will depend on the Social Media Platform selected. e.g., Facebook provides a different set of metrics from LinkedIn, etc.
Brand Health cards have pagination, in case the user has multiple Social Media profiles added to the selected Brand
User can always click on + Add Brand button on top right of the header to invoke the “Add New Brand” side panel, for adding a new Brand
Recent Posts
Recent Posts provides an insight summary of the recent published posts for the Social Media accounts selected from icons on top header
Recent Posts filtering: User can select different Social Media Profile using the Profile icons on top header. User can also click on “All” button on top header, to see data on recent posts from all Social Media Profiles added to the selected Brand
Important Notes
- The data displayed may or may not reflect the up-to-minute information, due to the reporting frequencies of a particular Social Media Platform. Not all of them report up-to-minute data.
- Only the most recent 5 posts from each Social Media Profile will be displayed
