Time is precious, make the most of it! The Scheduler is where you can see a calendar view of all the posts you’ve scheduled in the future and those that happened in the past.
Scheduler page shows the visual calendar view of all the scheduled/published posts for easy management.
You can access the Scheduler by expanding the Publish menu using the down arrow button "V"
New! On the left, there is a new image gallery of your recently used images. You can highlight an image and drag and drop it directly to the Visual Calendar to open up a Compose window to create a post!
You can change the calendar view using the top menu bar:
- Today button: change the calendar view back to current week or current month
- < > Arrows: navigate to previous or next week/month
- Week/Month selector: Toggle view between Week view and Month view
- Status Drop-down Filter: Filter posts to display by post status:
- All Posts (default view)
- Success
- Scheduled
- Failed
- Queued
- Recurring
- Pending
- Rejected
- Drafted
You can click on a post entry to get a popup view of the post. The popup view provides action buttons for :
- Edit (pencil icon)
- Delete (trash can icon)
Edit icon allows a user to edit a scheduled post (via Compose screen), or re-use previous post content!
