The manager to rule them all! The File Manager is one of the most important admin tabs you’ll ever use. Why? Because it’s where you will add your images and videos to post to all your channels.
- Manage and organize digital assets/media files, for use in composing social media posts.
- Edit an image using the built-in image editor
How to use File Manager
Files are organized under Brands and Folders. You can copy and paste files across Brands and Folders
Add a Media File
You can upload media files from a local device or download from a supported cloud storage:
- Selects a Brand from the Brand drop-down menu
- Click "Upload V" button on top right to see a drop-down menu
- Select “Local” or “Cloud” for file location. Local means local device; Cloud means cloud storage
- For local device, select the files from the popup window
- For cloud storage, following the onscreen instructions to sign in and select files
- New file will show up on the file list
- Click the pencil Edit icon of an image file to open the Image Editor to edit the image file.
- Click the gold Done button on top right when done with editing
Create Folder
You can also create a folder by clicking the + Create Folder button on top right.
- Enter a Folder Name
- Click Create button
Copy Files
Once you uploaded a file and created a folder, you can select the file to copy into that folder:
- Select file(s) by clicking the checkbox on the left
- Click the Copy action icon on far right to copy the file(s)
- Click the target Folder
- Click Paste button on top right to paste the file into that folder
- Click <- Back button on top right to exit that folder

Tweak the colors, add filters, crop, or mark up your media all within Brandcil

Notes
- Supported cloud storage: Dropbox. (Google Drive coming soon!)
- Supported formats for digital media: JPEG, PNG, MP3, MP4, MOV, GIF (for Facebook only)
- Copying a whole Folder is not supported at this time
- Media files added while creating a Post via Compose page will be automatically saved to File Manager
