It’s not software if there’s no settings. Brandcil is all about giving you control of your social marketing destiny with the tools, settings, configurations, and option you need.
There are 4 tabs under Personal Settings:
- General: View/Edit First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number. Toggle Visual Tooltips on/off.
- Security & Policy: View/Remove IP Addresses allowed to access the application
- Packages: View/Upgrade Pricing Plan
- Payment Method: View/Edit Payment Card details
Access Settings

Click your name on the bottom of left navigation menu to see the My Profile popup
- Select Settings
General Information
You can update your contact information under the General tab.

Select the General tab to view profile information

Click Edit Details to edit profile information
- You can also toggle Visual Tooltips on or off
Security & Policy
You view a list of IP addresses that were confirmed for accessing the Brandcil application.
You can delete an IP address to prevent access from the IP address in future:
- Click "Security & Policy" tab on from the Personal Settings popup window

Click the trash can icon on the right Action column to delete a specific IP address entry
Packages
You can view and adjust your subscribed package information under the Packages tab.
Upgrade Package
- Click "Packages" tab on from the Personal Settings popup window

Click “Upgrade" button to upgrade from Professional to Business
Adjust Package
- Click "Packages" tab on from the Personal Settings popup window

Click “+" or "-" button to increase/decrease number of items. Please note items beyond the package limit will incur additional cost.

Payment Method
You can view and edit your payment information under Payment Method tab.
- Select the Payment Method tab to view payment information
- Click Edit Details to edit payment information
